Welcome to the Southern Lehigh Democratic Committee!
I’d like to personally welcome you to the Southern Lehigh Democratic Committee—there’s never been a more important time to get involved.
We organize year-round to inform voters, support our community, and win elections. The work we do here at the local level truly matters, and every voice makes a difference.
We meet monthly—usually the second Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the Coopersburg Community Center—to talk about the issues shaping our community and our country, and more importantly, what we can do about them.
Whether you have an hour or want to dive in, there’s a place for you here. You can write postcards, put up yard signs, knock doors, attend events, or lend your ideas—every action helps move our community forward.
Southern Lehigh is our home. Together, we can ensure it remains a welcoming place built on equality, justice, and opportunity for all.

Ground Truth - A NEW Way to Canvass
Ground Truth: AI Meets Canvassing and Phonebanking
Ground Truth, a new nationwide canvassing and phonebanking program, led by Swing Left, is pairing old-school door-knocking and phone banking with new-school tech. Canvassers and callers still have real conversations with voters, then AI analyzes patterns across hundreds of those conversations to help campaigns understand what communities care about. The doors and phone calls still matter most, but the tools for learning from them keep getting smarter.
