In lieu of our monthly meeting, SLDC and friends met to celebrate the teamwork, the dreamwork and the wins from this election cycle. Many thanks go to the candidates and their families. We also celebrated the over $1,500 raised for Betty Lou's pantry and the $1000 matching contribution from SLDC to help those in our community impacted by the SNAP cut-back. We enjoyed some great conversations, wonderful potluck food and magic from a local magician Joe Kepple.
